Fantastic Stay Near the Tower
excellent location early check-in wide variety satisfying breakfast
The location was excellent. It was very close to many tube stations and a short walk to the Tower of London. I was accommodated with an early check-in, a great relief after traveling. The breakfast included a wide variety of choices. It was very satisfying.
The temperature was centrally controlled. It was not possible to adjust it beyond certain limits. This made the room a bit too warm for my liking.

The bedroom was large and beautiful, and the bed provided extreme comfort. I slept very well. The hot shower worked perfectly. It offered consistent temperature. There were nice free chocolates to welcome guests upon arrival.

The bar attached to the hotel offered good quality ales. It made for a convenient evening option. A small milk bottle was available for the coffee machine in the room. This was a thoughtful touch, though the parking was expensive!

helpful proximity easy walk
I found the location useful! tower hill station was very close by. a walk along the thames was easily accessible at night. The proximity to restaurants and bars was also helpful.

underwhelming stay near tower bridge
small room weak coffee
The room felt smaller than advertised. the air conditioning was quite loud. It made sleeping a bit difficult. breakfast was fine, nothing special, but the coffee tasted rather weak, like it had been sitting for hours. overall, it wasn't terrible, but i expected more for the price.
